Sicilian Deep Dish Pizza & Grandma Pie

Sal’s pizzeria is known for our Sicilian style pie and our Grandma Pie, both of which are cut in the shape of a square. The biggest differences between these two style of pizzas is that the Sicilian pie has a thick crust and is made with traditional pizza sauce. The Grandma Pie has a medium crust and the sauce is cooked in a secret way, giving it more depth of flavor.

Brooklyn Style Pizza

One of Sal’s most popular menu items is our Brooklyn style pizza, which uses a combination of our house mozzarella blend and our handmade mozzarella. Brooklyn style pizza is topped with oregano and parmesan before being cooked and can be used for both our New York Pizza or Grandma Pie.
