Sicilian Deep Dish Pizza & Grandma Pie

Our Sicilian pizza is similar to our Grandma Pie in that they are both square cut. Our Sicilian pie is a thick crust and our Grandma Pie is a medium crust. Also in our Sicilian pizza we use our traditional pizza sauce and for our Grandma Pie we cook our sauce in a secret way which gives more depth of flavor.

Brooklyn Style Pizza

You can choose Brooklyn style for either our NY Pizza or Grandma Pie. What makes it Brooklyn style is we use our handmade mozzarella and our house mozzarella blend. We also top the pie with oregano and parmesan before going into the oven.

About Sal’s Pizzeria

Sal’s Pizzeria was named after the founder’s (Matt Darienzo’s) father-in-law, Sal (pictured on right), out of Matt’s love for Sal’s pizza. Sal would always make the best pizza but only at family gatherings (to Matt’s dismay).
